As a condition of using this website you are agreeing to comply with and are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Terms Of Sale
We retain the right to refuse any offer made by you to purchase goods. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.
Delivery pre conditions
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. You agree that prior to taking delivery you will provide proof of age documentation for inspection by the delivery personnel upon request
We will not deliver your order if we consider the delivery circumstances to be unsuitable including if requests for verification or proof of identity and age are not met.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel your order. Cancellation of your order may occur after we have received payment from you. We will notify you immediately if an order is cancelled by contacting you on the details you have provided. Cancellation may occur for the following reasons:
Stock availability issues
A pricing or product description error has been made
Order does not agree to the terms and conditions outlined
Order is contrary to any law
You agree that you can not change or cancel your order after it has been placed. If you wish to discuss your options please contact our team as soon as possible by email - hola@buenobonito.com.au. If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed we may request you provide proof of purchase, the products are in original condition and a processing or restocking fee.
Returns
Bueno Bonito respects its customers rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We also accept that in rare situations, a product can be faulty, damaged or wrongly described. If this is the case, we will gladly exchange the product upon proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email hola@buenobonito.com.au
Pricing
All pricing is quoted in Australian dollars
Payment
When we receive your order, we will conduct a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered with a courier on the Sendle network or with one of our own drivers.
If there are any foreseen delays with the delivery of an order you will be notified.
If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, Bueno Bonito will not be responsible for any damages or loss of goods.
Given the nature of the goods, orders will not be sent in exceptionally hot weather.
DISCLAIMER
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
