Hola! Welcome to Bueno Bonito, your one stop shop for Latino goods in Australia! Our focus is on specialty coffee roasted by Casita Coffee and South American wines from Pais Imports.

The Bueno Bonito concept was born in 2019 over Pisco Sours in Santiago, Chile. Good friends Eddie and Lucy were visiting wineries and family when the idea to collaborate their respective professions was born.  With Eddie’s Chileno heritage and experience running cafes in Melbourne and Lucy’s background importing wines from Spain and South America the concept came to life.

Bueno Bonito aims to source and curate an ever evolving range of Latino inspired products delivered to your door.

The faces behind Bueno Bonito

Eddie Inostroza • Roaster and Cafe Genius

Eddie Inostroza has been a barista at some of Melbourne’s best cafes since the early 2000’s. Apart from being a professional barista, Eddie is also a coffee roaster, trainer and coffee entrepreneur. His current venture is Casita Coffee, a specialty coffee shop and retail space at the Springvale Homemaker Centre. He also owns and operates Roadshow Coffee, which is an event coffee business focusing on pop ups, trade shows, festivals and corporate events.

Bueno Bonito is Eddie’s latest project, which is a marriage between his love of delicious coffee alongside Lucy’s delectable Latin American wines.

Lucy Forbes • Wine Guru • Pais Imports

Lucy Forbes has been the gringa amongst Spaniards for the best part of a decade. After doing the flying winemaker thing for a few years, Lucy delved into the Spanish wine scene in Australia working for both The Spanish Acquisition and MoVida Wholesale wine importers. After a tip from a wine writer, Lucy got herself on a plane to Chile with her Chileno buddy Eddie. After meeting a number of inspiring producers and witnessing first hand the spectacularly old vineyards in the South of Chile, she was sold. The true wines of South America needed to come to Australia and she was going to bring them here. Six months later Pais Imports, a boutique South American wine importing business was born.
